Priyadarshan Deshmukh

Managing Director

He specialises in the industrial sector and has expertise in the manufacturing, capital equipment, automobile, chemical, building products and transportation & logistic sectors. He has over 30 years of experience in business and executive search and has been a strategic partner to numerous global and Indian conglomerates, advising them on their leadership issues and helping them identify and recruit top talent for their businesses.

Education

Priyadarshan is an MBA and a Certified Management Consultant.


Priyank Deshmukh

CEO

He currently heads the core operations & business at DeconJobs. He focuses on senior level searches in the domain of I.T,Finance & Banking, FMCG, Hospitality and Retail sectors.He also heads Decon's career mentoring platform- Zobber.me.He was a core member of IIM Ranchi's Placement Team and Student Mentoring Cell.Prior to his MBA, Priyank worked at Accenture as a Software Programmer.

Education

Priyank is a PGDM holder from Indian Institute of Management (Ranchi), and B.E (Computer Science) from K.J Somaiya College of Engineering.
