Role purpose |
The Senior Manager - Sales will be responsible to provide inputs to the business leaders to develop the sales strategy and plan for achieving the sales goal of the organization. The role holder will be responsible for achievement of the sales target through domestic sales for Food additives from assigned areas. |
Roles & responsibilities |

Sales Strategy |
· Plan the sales strategy for own product division along with the respective VP |
· Develop a strategy for penetration into new territories for responsibility area |
· Provide inputs to the sales budget along with the VP and overseeing the sales expenses |
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of customers |
Distribution Network |
· Maintain and manage the existing sales distribution network |
· Evaluate new distributors with a view towards expanding sales network and reach at each region |
· Develop and maintain new clients in domestic sales along with RSMs in alignment to the business vision and strategy |
Market Intelligence |

Sales Promotion |
· Plan sales promotion activities along with the promotion and branding team for various avenues for promoting responsibility area |
· Forecast profitability of the sales promotions activities and create a business case for the organization to consider |
Technical Assistance |
· Coordinate with the technical inputs team for receiving the specifics from the customers |
