  • To nurture and grow business in south India based on the alignment with the overall business strategy & growth plan of the company.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Achieving sales target and budget.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management team.
  • New Business Development - Conceptualization, Strategy & Execution
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Based on the Sales Plan, fix KRAs for all the next level managers/staff in the department and ensure effective cascading of targets.
  • Planning & scheduling individual and team assignments to achieve goals with a formal and effective review process.
