• Strong Chemical Engg fundamentals for understanding processes, reactions &
equipment’s for conducting reactions.
• Knowledge / understanding of other machinery, piping and layout to ensure safe and
appropriate operations, avoid breakdowns
• Process Knowledge to ensure that quality is built in the product.
• Ability to ensure optimum utilization of plant resources for better productivity and
reduced reworks and downtimes.
• Ability to Proactively understand causes that lead to deviations and accordingly
Establish controls to avoid deviations.
• Knowledge of EHS quantification tools for risk impact analysis, HAZOPS, etc.
• Knowledge of QMS for establishing appropriate procedures, work instructions &
control formats .Understanding of E- programs (Oracle)
• Resourceful to ensure timely technical support, analytical service Providers & determine methods for control over such outsourced services.
• Should possess skill of Planning, Organizing, Coordinating, Motivating, Controlling, Leadership, Team building and good Communication skills,
• Adhere to Process and Subordinate development should be Result Oriented.
• Knowledge of computer, office hardware (scanner, photocopier etc.)
• To control the reactions from DCS and adhere plant operations as per SOP.
