Key Responsibilities

BUSINESS GENERATION & GROWTH

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.                               
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.                                               

ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS & BUDGETS

  • Create, Manage and Execute Sales Strategies.                              
  • Identify the gaps in the Sales Strategy and fulfilling the gaps.                              
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management team.                             
  • Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.       

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT                          

  • New Business Development - Conceptualization,Strategy & Execution                          
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status                         
  • Market intelligence and business planning.                          

MANAGING SELF & TEAM        

  • Based on the Sales Plan, fix KRAs for all the next level managers/staff in the department and ensure effective cascading of targets.                         
  • Planning & scheduling individual and team assignments to achieve goals with a formal and effective review process.                                 
  • Training & development of Sales team                              
  • Achieving Targets - Self and all direct and indirect Reportees                 

TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE 

  • Capacity to handles volumes and growth                            
  • Capability to communicate and influence behaviours and outcomes                                 
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills                              
  • Acceptable level of financial acumen to understand finances: revenue, expenses and profitability numbers.
