Key Responsibilities
BUSINESS GENERATION & GROWTH
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
ACHIEVING SALES TARGETS & BUDGETS
- Create, Manage and Execute Sales Strategies.
- Identify the gaps in the Sales Strategy and fulfilling the gaps.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management team.
- Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
- New Business Development - Conceptualization,Strategy & Execution
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Market intelligence and business planning.
MANAGING SELF & TEAM
- Based on the Sales Plan, fix KRAs for all the next level managers/staff in the department and ensure effective cascading of targets.
- Planning & scheduling individual and team assignments to achieve goals with a formal and effective review process.
- Training & development of Sales team
- Achieving Targets - Self and all direct and indirect Reportees
TECHNICAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Capacity to handles volumes and growth
- Capability to communicate and influence behaviours and outcomes
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Acceptable level of financial acumen to understand finances: revenue, expenses and profitability numbers.
