Reporting to: Head - Talent Management

Purpose of the role:To design and implement the L&D activities in the Behavioral and Functional areas. To assist Head Talent Management in delivering the Leadership interventions and behavioural learning that support the execution of business strategies.

Educational Qualification: Essential: Post Graduation / MBA HR / Preferred: Diploma L&D or Trainer Certification

Functional / Technical Expertise: Facilitation skills

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute in formulate thelearning strategy both Short term and Long term.
  • To contribute in design and development of Leadership development programs. Make a calendar and drive these programs in coordination with Regiona HR / HR BP.
  • To contribute in design and development of Other Behavioral programs. Make a calendar and drive these programs in coordination with Regional HR / HR BP.
  • Facilitate and execute Talent Management initiatives as per organization objectives
  • Facilitation of the Campus Recruits life cycle right from manpower planning, recruitment, on boarding, induction and training till confirmation
  • Partnering business for their learning needs and execution of the same
  • Negotiate the professional fees of trainers and consultants for behavioral programs as per the company standard and market rate
  • Provide input for Talent Management ABP
  • Design and deliver behavioral learning programs for employees

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Timely Execution of the L&OD / TM initiatives
  • Release of behavioral L&D calendar as per the schedule
  • Campus recruits manpower planning and monitoring of the lifecycle throughout the CIP
