Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager -Sales

Job Details

1. Technical Skills: Encryption/Decryption/Cyber security, Digital Signature, Authentication.
2. Strong prospecting skills, must be able to get meetings with critical contacts at target accounts through cold calling, emails, networking and social media.
3. Experience in direct selling
4. Selling in BFSI/Space Applications/Defence segment
5. Selling security services
6. Background in Data security and encryption or access controls is a strong plus
7. Build relationships within the account(s) and build on existing IT Relationships within. 
8. Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/service quality norms. 
9. Create Business Development Plans for allocated sector/accounts 
10. Ownership for both Farming and Hunting accounts 
11. Evangelize Security Solutions and convert them into opportunities 
12. Should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong market knowledge of Cyber security  domain and should be up-to-date with industry trends.
13. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and highly motivated in order to take up the challenging task of generating more business in the allocated account(s).
