  1. Number driven, measurable responsibility for sales
    • Align with management vision of strategy for growth – Retention (Existing Customers thru pro-active after sales support), brownfield (replacement), greenfield (projects).
    • Top and bottom line growth
    • Inorganic growth - Identify and develop OEM’s corporate accounts, consultants, VDMA association members in India, replicate global OEM brief success with counterparts or equivalent companies in the assigned geography, to name a few,
    • Leverage company air audit infrastructure to be part of industry in the global drive for energy conservation and thereby become a partner of choice with the prospect.
  2. DSO as per organization policy
  3. Evolve and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive sales growth thru enhanced brand awareness in the assigned area. This is a direct activity.
  4. Market Intelligence – Be constantly ware of competition activities and developments and communicate the same to management – Sales Engineer Maharashtra, Goa , Ahmedabad , Head Business Development, AEG.
  5. Create and ensure an atmosphere of mutual respect, cordiality, camaraderie in work place – Lead team work by example
  6. Ensure self is constantly upgraded in skills (soft and technical) thru enthusiastic participation in training programs.
  7. Ensure strict and total compliance to organization and business ethics and code of conduct.
