- Market Intelligence – Be constantly ware of competition activities and developments and communicate the same to management – Sales Engineer Maharashtra, Goa , Ahmedabad , Head Business Development, AEG.
- Create and ensure an atmosphere of mutual respect, cordiality, camaraderie in work place – Lead team work by example
- Ensure self is constantly upgraded in skills (soft and technical) thru enthusiastic participation in training programs.
