Major responsibilities would be as mentioned below:

  • Export Market:

Identify and map market across globe.

Study the market of foreign countries and must determine which countries are the most likely to sell particular products.

Attend exhibitions for new and existing product development

  • Market mapping and planning:

Preparing Market Plan and implementing the same

Ensure that monthly production is sold out completely

To develop targeting strategies within your geographic region

Developing sales strategies and setting targets.

Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

  • Visiting Customer (On field)

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to prospecting, arranging appointments, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, closing and handing over new accounts to the account management team.

Making tour plans

Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

Resolve customer issues

Collect reference from customers

Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself 

  • Team Management

Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

Recruiting and training sales staff 

Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets 

  • Reporting

Compiling and analyzing sales figures 

Submit Quarterly /Annually sales report to reporting head

  • Data Management:

To build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline and to ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately documented and kept up to date.

 Key Account Management:

To work closely with the account management team to ensure that each client’s account manager is kept up to date with all relevant details.

  • Customer Management:

To actively target and build prospect client relationships in your geographic area.
