1.Responsible for overall finishing activities at site and should possess experience in high end finishing activities in Hotels, IT parks etc.
2.Should have exposure to high end floor finishes, joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall cladding's, interior works Finishes & Fit out works, Dry granite cladding, Granite flooring, false ceiling works, Gypsum partition wall, Polyurethane flooring , Vinyl flooring, painting work, acoustic false ceiling and MEP Works.
3.Coordination with consultants, client and site engineers.
4.Coordination with site representatives of services team and finishing agencies.
5.Progress tracking of various works and quality checking of works done.
6.Must be capable of leading team of Engineers, foremen, charge hands and worker and handle assigned tasks independently.
7.Conducted several training's at site level on Finishes for Engineers & supervisors.
