Job Details

Successfully build and engage the SquareOff community from a scratch.
Ownership of all consumer-facing communication on all digital plaXorms.
Content creation, curation and interaction across all website, app and all social plaXorms to reach potential new users and engage existing product users.
Public relations managing things like events, networking, press releases and product announcements
Collaborate and work with the media manager/agency on all published content (images, video and written), promotions and ads.
Devise and execute social media campaigns targeted at acquiring new and qualified traffic/lead and increase visibility of brand
Hands on experience in ORM and social/digital listening
Participate in forums, QnA’s, host live screenings/sessions online to engage new and existing users.
Work on partnerships and integrations with brands and individuals to leverage their plaXorm/user base.
Monitor Social Media trends and plug-in SquareOff wherever deemed useful.
Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.
Participating in relevant events, planning and attending community meet-ups.
Proficiency in social media plaXorms and tools like Hootsuite, Hubspot, Sprout Social, Google Analytics to efficiently manage multiple plaXorms.
Managing incoming media requests and building relationships with journalists; creating, executing and measuring media campaigns.
Part responsibility for customer support – answering questions/queries (phone, e-mail, social media) and managing any online feedback forums.
Preferable past work experience in the field of social media, ad agencies, digital agencies, ad networks etc.
Previous experience in Chess or board gaming related product/service is a plus.
