  • Maintain contact (also by email) with sales, marketing/communication, and other departments.
  • Proactive, open, extrovert and sales-oriented personality.
  • Ability to express oneself, able to build up relations with customers and peers/colleagues.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software

Key Roles & Responsiblities

  • Achieve assigned business target and goals
  • Responsible for primary and secondary sales
  • Sales forecasting (Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly)
  • Responsible for customer and distributors queries and complaints
  • Demonstration of products and regular follow up with customers
  • Regular visits to existing and new customers
  • Identifies potential business opportunities
  • Expanding, Building and maintaining relationship with customers
  • Following up new business opportunities and expansion of customer base
  • Distributor management and claim submissions on time
  • Establishing new and existing products and increase volume
  • Ensure achievement of targets and distribution expansion within the territory to achieve the business objectives
  • Competition tracking and reporting & Make all reports according according to company
