Visiting Customer (On field)

• Making tour plans
• Clear Outstanding
• Collect Order
• Collect reference from customers
• Follow up with customers for orders/payment
• Checking dispatch status.

 Lead generation ( References/Internet)

• Sending trail order to new customer
• Inform customer about order being dispatched
• Rate negotiation along with Reporting head
• Market Mapping ollect reference from customers
• Follow up with customers for orders/payment
• Checking dispatch status.

Reporting

• Daily call report
• Send report on Order /Dispatch plan (Expected /Confirmed order list) to Reporting head.
• Send material dispatched Report
• Collect Customer dispatch Schedule
• Tour Report
