Job Description :
- Take responsibility of achieving Sales Targets year on year for the India market.
- Stimulate and develop market intelligence to pursue market growth and deepen market penetration, e.g. attracting new customers, applications, and innovations.
- Take responsibility for implementation of sales process and interact with other departments/functions including a plan and monitoring of results for implementation of Business strategy.
- Resolve issues to achieve sales as per plan. Ensure efficient management of supply chain.
- Demonstrate highly skilled professional sales acumen.
- Develop, implement, and monitor agreed sales strategies (including pricing implementation).
- To maintain strategic long term business relationship with customers and principals.
- To ensure timely and accurate forecast, for better planning and services to the customers.
- Experience in Chemical Industry especially Coating, Rubber & Coir, Ink Packaging.
