- Acquiring new business development for facility & catering services
- Develop exsiting customers in your respective region/vertical
- Site survey & proposal making
- Client relationship & brand building
- Regular follow-ups with client & territory mapping
- Feedback & references collection with client
- Mining and New business development segment wise
- Data collection, E-mailers, Meetings, Presentation for the company
- Negotiation, Profit & Loss working
- Market information & mapping
- Reporting & data maintenance for the company.
- Maintain cordial relationships with the existing customers to ensure organic growth
- Achieve the set targets
- Enter into proper contractual agreement with the prospective customers
- Maintain record of these documents
- Providing a monthly report on conversions and meeting the targets set by Management
- Cold Calling, Visit to Customer as per schedule call plan, daily reporting.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
