Job Position :

 

  1. Acquiring new business development for facility & catering services
  2. Develop exsiting customers in your respective region/vertical
  3. Site survey & proposal making
  4. Client relationship & brand building
  5. Regular follow-ups with client & territory mapping
  6. Feedback & references collection with client
  7. Mining and New business development segment wise
  8. Data collection, E-mailers, Meetings, Presentation for the company
  9. Negotiation, Profit & Loss working
  10. Market information & mapping
  11. Reporting & data maintenance for the company.
  12. Maintain cordial relationships with the existing customers to ensure organic growth
  13. Achieve the set targets
  14. Enter into proper contractual agreement with the prospective customers
  15. Maintain record of these documents
  16. Providing a monthly report on conversions and meeting the targets set by Management
  17. Cold Calling, Visit to Customer as per schedule call plan, daily reporting.
  18. Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
