You will work with some of the brilliant minds across the industry who passionately feel about solving the macro issue of financial Inclusion. We are present in over 17,000 pin codes in the country and have served over 5.5Mn users across India. The user profile ranges from Micro-entrepreneurs, small retailers, Blue-Grey collared workers, Salaried employees across sectors. You will be one of the key owners of Petabytes of data and drive organizational growth by extracting & applying data driven insights. You will also get an opportunity to work and patent your AI/ML tech.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
2. Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
3. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
4. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
5. Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
6. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
7. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst
2. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
3. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc),
4. Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
6. Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
