The company Digital Solutions India is created as of 2023 to be the Technology Competence Centre for organization, focusing on developing software solutions for the Internal organization as well as for the customers of Organization Global.

 

Who are we looking for ?

We have a fantastic opportunity to be a Principal Developer for Identity and Access Management in Company Digital India team. The Principal IAM Developer would be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing modern applications in the production environment in accordance with the global guidelines. He/she should be able to conceptualize and develop software for Identity and Access Management (IAM) application for Food and Beverage Industry The Principal IAM Developer needs to ensure software quality through regular architecture and code reviews and keeping documentation up to date. You will be collaborating with the software architects, product owners and international development teams wherein you will be an interface for global stakeholders and clients. As a Principal IAM developer, you will have the additional responsibility of helping set up, coach and mentor the team in India.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  2. You work beyond borders, with international teams seeking and imparting learning through shared/individual experiences and knowledge through the community.
  3.  You would be responsible for building an entire team in India for IAM where our organization’s growth journey, helping to define the process strategy, organizational culture, and best practices, while collaborating with onshore and offshore teams.

 

What are we looking for? (Experience/Qualifications/Skillsets/Must-haves)

Education:

       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics or a comparable qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Must have requirements:

  1.  In-depth knowledge of .Net Framework, C#, .Net Core (minimum 10 years).
  2.  Knowledge of Web development with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, CSS Frameworks.  
  3. Good experience in SQL Server, IT infrastructure, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory/Entra.
  4. Extensive experience with Identity & Access Management (IDM/IAM) solutions and knowledge of IAM technologies (Identity Server).
  5. Knowledge of common single sign-on protocols (OAuth2.0, OpenID, SAML, Kerberos).
  6. Very good knowledge of software engineering methods and agile software development (Scrum).
  7. DevOps knowledge and experience, incl. CI/CD and configuration management.

Good to have:

  1.  Knowledge of cloud technologies desirable.
  2.  Knowledge in industrial software area is advantageous.
  3.  Experience in IT security area and secure coding practices.

Leadership Expertise:

  1. Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  2.  Strong understanding in defining requirements, designing, and building security components, and testing efforts.
  3.  Ability to lead and drive solutions in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.

Professional attributes:

  1.  Willing to Travel to Germany for at least 1 to 2 times in a year.
  2.  Flexible to work in German time zone.
  3.  Good Communication skills (Written and verbal).
  4.  Ability to analyze, goal orientation, motivation, and a structured sustainable way ofworking.
  5.  Ability to work with intercultural teams.  
  6. Ability to work independently with minimum support from colleagues at HQ.
