The company Digital Solutions India is created as of 2023 to be the Technology Competence Centre for organization, focusing on developing software solutions for the Internal organization as well as for the customers of Organization Global.

 

Who are we looking for ?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Web Developer for Human Machine Interface in Company Digital India team. The Senior Web developer would be responsible for the software development of a web based Human Machine Interface (HMI) for machines in the production environment. He/She should be capable of designing, implementing, and testing modern applications in close collaboration with the global guidelines. You will be collaborating with the software architects, product owners and international development teams wherein you will be an interface for global stakeholders and clients.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the software development of a web based Human Machine Interface (HMI) for machines in the production environment.
  2. Design, implementation and testing of modern applications in close collaboration with the headquarter.
  3. Testing and documentation of implemented features and keeping documentation up to date.
  4. Ensuring software quality through regular architecture and code reviews
  5. Collaboration in an agile development team where you will be challenged and motivated.
  6. Collaboration with software architects, product owners and international development teams
  7. You are a part of a brand-new org. setup – with a clean slate and a mission to build a People first organization.
  8. You work beyond borders, with international teams seeking and imparting learning through shared/individual experiences and knowledge through the community.

 

What are we looking for? (Experience/Qualifications/Skill sets/Must-haves)

Education:  Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Computer Science or a comparable qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills:

  1. In-depth knowledge of Web development with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, CSS Frameworks
  2. Extensive Experience with Web-Frontend-Development (HTML, CSS)
  3. In-depth knowledge of .Net Framework, C# and .Net Core
  4. Very good knowledge of software engineering methods and agile software development (Scrum)
  5. DevOps knowledge and experience, incl. CI/CD and configuration management
  6. Confident handling of tools such as Visual Studio, Git Jira and Bitbucket with knowledge of Azure DevOps as well

Good to have:

  1. Knowledge of cloud technologies desirable
  2. Knowledge in the area of industrial software is advantageous.
  3. Experience in the area of it-security and secure coding practices
  4. Experience with containers (Docker) and container orchestration
  5. Knowledge in OAuth2/OpenID Connect and modern network architecture

Leadership Expertise:

  1. Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  2. Strong understanding in defining requirements, designing, and building security components, and testing efforts.
  3. Ability to lead and drive solutions in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.

Professional attributes:

  1. Willing to Travel to Germany for at least 1 to 2 times in a year.
  2. Flexible to work in German timelines.
  3. Good Communication skills in English (Written and verbal)
  4. Ability to analyze, goal orientation, motivation, and a structured sustainable way of working.
  5. Ability to work with intercultural teams.
  6. Ability to work independently with minimum support from colleagues at HQ.
