Job purpose & Scope |

To assure quality of all products in Bajaj Electricals Ltd as per Indian standard requirement and meet Bajaj quality assurance norms. |

Major Areas of Responsibilities |
||||||
- Inspection of products /processes - Inspection of products at vendor’s end. - Monitor process parameters. - Take necessary steps to improve product designs & provide suggestions for up-gradation of product quality. - Evaluate new technologies and methods to make recommendations regarding their use. - Reduction of FFR and in process rejections - Implementation of new quality initiative of the organization at vendors manufacturing premises - Monitoring and analysis of manufacturing stages for reduction of rejections and improvements of overall manufacturing process - Manufacturing process standardization and validation and leverage at all major vendors. - Testing of product & components - Testing of all products & components as per Indian Standard and Bajaj Quality plan requirement - Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems to reduce customer complaints. - Timely feedback to design & development for design correction & improvements - Prepare QAP’s for new/old products - MIS -& |
