Job profile
Manager – Accounts and Finance (Female /Male)
1. Preparation of quarterly / annual financial statements under the IND AS including notes to accounts, cash flows statements, etc;
2. Variance analysis, monitoring project profitability, etc
3. Revenue recognition for Real Estate projects i.e. percentage completion working;
4. Day to day operations support with respect to project accounting;
5. Responsible for completions of various Audit – Stat audit, tax audit, cost audit, etc
6. Tax computations with respect to direct taxes and deferred taxes;
7. Preparation of forecasted financial statements,
Minimum qualification / work experience
1. Must have minimum 3 to 4 years of working experience related to preparation of quarterly / annual financial statements of a listed company, variance analysis, etc ;
2. Working experience of IND AS accounting standard; Balance sheet under IND AS;
3. Working experience of revenue recognition process for the real estate projects / sectors;
4. Basic taxation knowledge with respect to tax computations, deferred taxes;
5. Understanding and working knowledge of accounting standard such as INDAS is must;
6. Excel working knowledge is must.
7. ERP Experience is preferred
The job requires good Interpersonal skills as the role demand cross functional interactions, meetings with senior management and investors.

salary Package - Decided on your current CTC ( sal Range will be bitween 7 Lakh CTC to Max 12 Lakh CTC Per Annum Depend on Knowledge of Candidates )
