Job Description :
Supervision of Designing , Erecting & Commissioning CNG Installations an subsequent O&M of the same
Carry out site visit and prepare techno-commercial feasibility report for each location
Collect details from different stake holders regarding CNG business potential, market drivers, key decision makers and liaison continuously with them for market update
Propose note for approval for CNG station development
Review site layout for CNG station development in line with available space and prevailing regulation
Day to day coordination with different CNG project contractors/vendors to expedite project works
Apply necessary statutory permissions related to CNG station development and operation
Carry out necessary follow up cum liasioning for speedy obtaining necessary government approvals
Develop tender documents for procurement of various CNG equipment like compressors, booster compressors, dispensers, DG set, electrical equipment, transformers, civil and architectural works
Carry out technical evaluation of different bidders
Carry out site visit /plant visit to assess technical capability of vendors
Prepare budgetary cost estimation for development of CNG station
Ensuring HSE requirements during project execution and O&M
Develop SOPs for CNG project and CNG O&M
Prepare enquiry documents for different CNG O&M service and material requirements
Carry out day to day gas reconciliation of CNG station, identify source of leakage/pilferage and take corrective actions
Ensure necessary legal requirements related to CNG station operation and maintenance
Develop annual preventive maintenance plan in line with prevailing regulations
Carry out preventive maintenance as per AMP and OEM recommendations
Maintain necessary inventory for smooth operation of CNG station
Daily monitoring process parameters for gas loss and energy efficiency
Carry out root cause analysis for breakdown and incident and take necessary corrective action
Any other tasks which is essential for safe CNG project execution and O&M.
