Job Description :

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
  • File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Responsible for data analysis and performing secretarial activities.
  • Responsible for all secretarial support so as to ensure smooth flow of work, management and administration.
  • Providing Management reports & daily dashboards.
  • Maintaining calendar by scheduling/ rescheduling meetings for internal and external stakeholders, conference room reservation.
  • Arrange travel plans for domestic and international travel including flights, hotels etc.
  • Domestic flight arrangements for the HO staff as per the policy.
  • Timely processing of invoices, contracts and expenses after proper verification.
