Job Description :
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Responsible for data analysis and performing secretarial activities.
- Responsible for all secretarial support so as to ensure smooth flow of work, management and administration.
- Providing Management reports & daily dashboards.
- Maintaining calendar by scheduling/ rescheduling meetings for internal and external stakeholders, conference room reservation.
- Arrange travel plans for domestic and international travel including flights, hotels etc.
- Domestic flight arrangements for the HO staff as per the policy.
- Timely processing of invoices, contracts and expenses after proper verification.
